rules for glines and shuns 

most issues can be resolved with a warning or a temporary shun in most cases 1-5 Minutes.

if a person is intentionally here to stir discord and to make problems knowing they will upset the chat,
then a perm ban is necessary.we have all seen this happen where someone joins and starts in with bad words 
or starts in with quotes like "jesus sucks" etc .no need to reason with these people or try to convert them.

if debates begin and they are getting out of hand..warn or shun the person or persons that are causing the problem.
no need to gline them right away unless after told they do not listen and make this a pattern.
We are a christian network as you all know and there is no reason to debate issues that are detrimenal to our beliefs,
we would much rather help the people that come in looking for answers then debate theology or any sort of issues 
that divide the body of christ and thus discourages the person in here that needs assistance.

perm bans are also necessary for people connecting here to solicit sex from minors or other inapproriate activities.
please verify these bans with any sort of logs the person can give you,sometimes people say things that arent true.
and even logs can be forged..so use your discretion in the end regarding this.
